• We accept credit/debit cards and cash payments exclusively.
• We kindly ask that any appointment changes, cancellations, or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. While we understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances may arise, providing advance notice allows us to accommodate other clients.
• If you anticipate running late, please contact us prior to your scheduled appointment time. A $20 late fee will be applied to appointments when clients arrive more than 10 minutes late.
• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the remaining time available.
• You are welcome to bring one additional guest. While services are being performed, guests may relax and enjoy the complimentary amenities in our guest waiting area for the duration of your appointment.
• No-call, no-show without prior notice will result in forfeiture of future appointments for new clients.
